Meet Evan….isn’t he just a cutie!  This was round 2 for Evan — I also took his pictures at 6 months old and now he is a walking 1 year old 🙂  We met up first at their home where Evan gave me lots of smiles and showed many of his favorite toys.  Afterwards, we headed out to the family farm where we not only took pictures of his cuteness but also got many a lesson on cows.

Lesson 1:  Cows are big, very big — way bigger than I remember.  Its been quite some time since I have been around an actual cow — besides of course driving by them in the car.  I also completely understand how ridiculous that sounds to some people — but honestly, I have no reason to see cows up close and personal on a daily basis so I was surprised at how big (and even a little cranky) they looked! 🙂

Lesson 2: Cows are loud and have lots to say…..and the little ones LOVE to moo….alot.

Lesson 3:  Evan is scared of cows. (or at least he was today).  He stayed very close to dad and well, I don’t blame him 😛  If I think they are big — I can’t imagine what is going through his head.
